Stuart was recently appointed Chair of the Kapiti Economic Development Agency, representing a group of professionals to support Kapiti businesses grow and build resilience to ensure a strong and growing Kapiti business eco system. The Kapiti Coast District Council adopted the Economic Development Strategy 2020-2023 providing a long term road map for a thriving local economy and Stuart sees KEDA supporting the consequent independent Economic Development Kotihanga Board implementing the strategy through its adviser network. In so doing KEDA will work with other agencies and interest groups to ensure alignment, best use of collective resources and concentration of effort for best outcomes for the Kapiti community.
