Typically an ongoing relationship where we are retained to assist and guide owners and / or the senior management team to develop and implement strategy. This can be as an independent board director, as member of an advisory body (usually before the need for a board of independent directors), or simply retained on a one on one basis on a set schedule (e/g monthly) with the owner(s).

More a project related /one off role, where for example you may require us to complete an application to the bank, a business continuity plan, or a business plan.

"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” Coaching is one on one with the business owner or with the senior management team so that they can for example, complete the Business Plan, application to the bank or say a Business Continuity Plan themselves.

One on one support for business owners, managers and family members, to deal with more personal matters, for example, dealing with the successes and challenges of running a family business, conflict resolution.  This service can be on an ad hoc or a retainer basis.
