We'd love to hear from you. If you have any compliments, testimonies, suggestions or complaints, please fill out our feedback form to the right. If you're submitting a complaint, please upload any relevant supporting material and we will be in touch soon. After you have submitted your complaint, we will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
- Have another Principal call you to discuss a possible resolution
- Formally respond in writing with a proposed resolution within 5 working days
- If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, offer you mediation with an independent mediator
- If no resolution is reached through mediation, offer an independent tribunal where a final decision is made by an arbitrator
- None of the above abrogates your rights to recourse through the Courts.
Negotiation, mediation and arbitration can be a more cost effective, non-adversarial future looking means of arriving at a resolution than a court process. Mediators and Arbitrators are usually selected by AMINZ (Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand), but you may have a suggestion. Costs of mediation and arbitration are usually shared equally.
